It had no depth to it in my view. Just lightish touch pro. Few submission attempts and really not so much of a link to WOS. I guess it is playing to an audience that is more used to American pro wrestling. Time will tell...
Completely forgot it was on, though by the sounds of it I didnt miss much. I prefer watching the classic British, American and Japanese wrestling from the 60s to the 80's, on youtube, more action less pezzazz.
Yes, there is a bit too much talking and I tired of the "don't try this at home" lectures but the sheer athleticism of the men is incredible. It was good fun and good entertainment.
I hope that it does catch on but it does have a lot of competition. The original WoS never had that,

You're right about competition. For storylines and theatrics, it'll have to compete to the mega-but lazy brand of wwe- and for the "just watching no frills two guys fighting" audience, they have mma.

Watched a couple of minutes earlier and wasn't sure about the Americanisation of it.
Will reserve judgement till I see some actual wrestling on it.

Yeah. I kinda think they might be on a hiding to nothing with it. I spotted they are doing ladders next week 😤
But it might find it's feet. Kinda the wrong time of year for viewing fingers though. Think it might be doomed.
