When Im in town and not on assignment I at the UFC in Germantown Tennessee. There are 4 professional boxers there. They have great conditioning classes. And a ring. Everything yiu need and people to spar with
Been there, but not what I am looking for. I did find a couple of gyms that provide some training and sparring opportunities. However, 2 hour commutes are not the ideal.
Is there anyone who can recommend a boxing gym/training center in the Memphis area? Also need to consider attitudes toward recreational boxers. Thanks in advance.
