I love the concept of having my abs totally destroyed! Sounds so hot. So you guys who want to destroy me, come get me! Also i don't mind destroying other guys abs, if they like that too.
I like getting, and taking as much as I can. I am also willing to give it also, especially if they enjoy taking but going to give it back to me just as good.
I am much more into giving punches, but happy to take a few as well. While I can take the shots, I don't seem to get the enjoyment out of it some guys do.
What I do enjoy is a combination of making the other guy happy giving him what he likes and watching him go limp and helpless when his core can take no more (and then punishing a little more).
Give & take preferred but time lengths decided as you go. If the other guys does not want to receive that's ok, but the mutuality of give & take for me gives a much better experience.

I enjoy both using gloves and barefisted, and usually go both ways when working a guy over. But the gloves are lifting or light bag gloves.
