in the past I have picked up smaller guys and have dropped them, gut first down onto my knee. This drives the knee into their gut and is very force full, even to a hard midsection. I think if you want to experience extreme pressure this will do it.
At least for MY enjoyment –– you'd need a number right between the 7 and the 5 (and I'm not referring to 6!). Gotta get at least a few of those shots hard into the guy's navel!
