im looking for that action, i want to try long and deep navel claw, i didn't submit in a gut claw, but trying a navel claw is a must for me. wish my future opponent will apply navel claw in me.
Anyone ever had a navel claw hold done on them or likes to give them id love to here. I've had it done a few times to me where the guy as prest is thumb deep into my navel and clamped his fingers in to my under belly caverty .. im just interested to here your experience..

I've been on both sides taken and given. It's a very hot hold and painful if you do it right.

I have been on the receiving end of that hold. I feet that your abs need to be worked over some before it really hurts.
