Lifestyle change due to increased mobility problems with my ankles, as I was rather overweight. On September 21 2024 I decided to go on a healthier lifestyle & change my dietary habits. As of today, I’m now 46 lbs lighter and it’s going down. Feeling much healthier and with no ankle pain now. Had to be done, for my own safety & health benefits. It’s work in progress as they say. I want to lose a total of 70 pounds (5 stone), so I’m on the way. My sex drive has increased, I’m loving a cockfight & naked combat even more!
