I am now not a "lardy" but a chubby chap since lost a lot of weight due to OMAD Fasting. Was size 52" and now 38".
My L shoulder is not as bad as I can now swim 30 minutes in a row (approx. 1200m). I have resumed my skiing and doing it far better than before my fracture since my flabber lost as less panting, no knee pains and no plantar fasciitis pain-boots pain.
Novice; I do not know anything about wrestling apart from watching videos/pictures on Small but Perfectly Formed Wrestling Company (CHURD's site), Globalfight,Facebook, tumblr, flicker, yahoo groups, can-am, BG..so I would like to be taught. I do not mind eroticism and "soft" NHB.
What I mean is "marking holds" with "gentle" pressure rather that challenging toughness boundaries. I might change once I grew fitter and savvier about grappling.
