One night he called and we decided to fight, we walked to the high school about two blocks away and went out behind the backstop on the baseball field. It had been raining and we did a rip and strip first. Got down to our jeans/barefoot and had a great standup and ground fight.
Both of us covered with mud, by the time we decided to stop we realized we had to walk back to my place. We rolled in the wet grass to get rid of some of the mud, then walked to my apt. and stripped outside the front door.
Both of us totally enjoyed the fight!
Only bad thing, I got some of the sandy soil in my eyes and that hurt like hell, his punches didn't compare to that pain! Careful washing with warm water and Visine cleared it but made me a bit more careful choosing a place to fight. Careful guys, sand can scratch your cornea and do damage to you eyes.
All in all it was the hottest fight I've ever had.
Would love to have another one just like it, except for the eye problem.
really good description of a great fight - the kind I love; wrestling and fist fighting in mud (and a lot worse!) in really nasty weather; heavy rain, cold wind, snow even, if 2 guys are tough enough and wanna fight - for fun or for real - they will fight in any conditions; one of my best was with a very hard skin fighter mate we were both up for it and had talked for a while about when and where and agreed that as we were both real tough men had to be in filthy conditions in foul weather - fight was not just for our benefit but for his gf's as she loved watching him fight and had been wanting to see him really tested in a fight for some time - so we finally got the weather we wanted, fight was in pouring rain mid winter in a field of mud and cow shit he in denim jacket and jeans me in leather jacket and pants; his gf was in leather jacket skirt and knee boots - we wrestled down into the mud and cowshit str8away really got well plastered his gf loved it but after about 30 mins wrestling in the muck she started to yell stop poncing about and fight like men - so we unlocked got up and started to fist fight..for nearly an hour! then back to wrestling hard in the mud and shit cocks were hauled out for some vicious working over pissed on each other too much to gf's delight - finally we lay exhausted covered in filth after about 3 hours in total - was an amazing fight in really foul weather so enjoyed it as did he and his gf - if we had been fighting over her for real we would really have hurt each other bad, even in fun tho we both took a lot of punishment - worth it tho was such a good fight!
Locally I have a friend that is not as much into the fight scene as I am but enjoys MMA fighting on occasion…a ways back, one of the things we had talked about and finally agreed to do was to have a fight outside in his backyard on what would be the worse weather day we could find, and where on that same day neither of us had anything else to do so we could really go at it…so we waited and while there were a few days when the weather was messy either one or the other of us was working or doing something that made it impossible to really have a decent fight…but then between the holidays came a weather report that was calling for rain and cold weather the next morning…so we contacted each other and found that we were not only free to fight but wanted to fight…so the next morning at 9AM we stepped into his rainy and water soaked backyard striped to thongs and briefs, 4oz MMA gloves and mouth pieces…the rain was falling pretty good and was like knives hitting our skin, the temperature was 40% with a ten mile an hour wind, so it was pretty nasty as we started the fight…
Since this is not the place to go into all-out fight details and stories but to talk about outside fighting I will just mention that the standup boxing part of the MMA was pretty good even though the footing was slippery, but the ground fighting was in creditable…it did not take long to get past the temperature or how cold we were as we rolled and punched and fought in the standing freezing water and mud…we both used the mud as a weapon forcing the others face into the mud as well as a lot of body blows while we were on the top…briefs and thongs came off in the wrestling and ground fighting and we both took advange of as much cbt as we could grabbing and slapping at each other in the mud...there were no rounds and the fight lasted a long time, we just fought each other and punched and kneed endlessly until when we were standing and fighting, he got in a few good body blows, doubling me over a little and then stunned me with a great uppercut...I never saw the uppercut coming and was completely stunned and groggy when it landed full force, I just stood there staggering and he finished me off by adding a few more solid lefts and fights to my jaw laying me out in the mud on my back skidding across the yard, I was finished and could not get up to fight…in fact as bad as the weather was it still took me a few minutes to be able to recover enough to get up…so if you are ever looking for a different kind of a fight and are not too concerned about being neat and clean…then wait for a rainy day and better yet a cold rainy day…mud can be a beautiful thing…anyone else ever fight in bad weather, on purposes that is...
me too love outdoors fighting and wresting farms are best lots of mud manure shit sewers are good too for a real dirty fight i'll wrestle in any conditions
