Cutting or Bulking?
I added some new muscle mass and decided to cut down to 10-12% Body Fat. As of now I'm 14.2% Body Fat so will continue cutting until I hit the 10-12% range. Then I'll just maintain that weight which will likely be 195-205

this was my old gym currently in storage until august, I still use cables, and dumbbells at hotel room.
Do u use cables, high reps?

I also have a stationary bike in. storage, but it makes my butt/asshole hurt sitting on it, I even put a cushion, lol

I go to the Golds Gym. But start with barbells or dumbbells first then near the end ill add in cables or machines

I use to go to Golds here in Vegas, years ago, but I think they closed them all,
they have Las Vegas Athletic Clubs here but too busy mini-city gyms, I like working out
I might go back to the gym again. but want to find the right one without getting ripped off
I was only. paying $11 a month at Las Vegas Athletic Clubs but way too many people, I hate that shit. lol
