It was a surprising match with Davey. The lack of communication after our first coffee meet 8 months ago made me think that he was not interested to wrestle me. However, out of the blue he invited me for match, and unexpectedly I accepted it despite the busiest and most stressful period for students. We started with submission. He instantly dominated me. All the defence skills I knew were useless. Once he locked me in holds, tightened up and turned his huge muscles rock-hard, I had no chance to get out but to submit. It was like fighting with ‘The Thing’ from The Fantastic four. After countless submission from me, I stopped to resist and became a dummy letting him bend me, throw me around and put me in various holds and locks. I seldom like being a jobber but Davey made the promission so natural and fun that at the end I started to enjoy the pain. We got off the mat a couple of hours later and Davey transformed back into an English gentleman who made me a nice tea. After, he put me into holds again during the chit-chat. If I did not need to leave, I might have got back to the mat with him for more pain. Can’t wait for our next meet which I hope would be within 8 months.

So I was pretty sure I had this match in the bag during the weeks leading up to it. I was even more confident when he showed up and my size advantage was on clear display. However, from there it turned into what was probably the most humbling wrestling experience I’ve ever had. He says he has no training but I guess practice makes perfect because he outwrestled me plain and simple, completely shutting me out in the submissions department. His technique, body positioning, ability to use his weight had me controlled for nearly the entirety of the match. At the same time he made the match enjoyable throughout and he looks pretty damn good dominating too. He’s certainly not one to shy away from a victory flex or two. I’m hoping to give him at least a brief run for his money next time.

I had a really hard and sweaty match with Anton. From the moment we reached the mat he turned into a wild fighter. Needless to say he totally dominated the entire match, although I fought till the end. Out of the mat he’s a gent and a really hot guy. The match was really easy to coordinate and I had a really good time. Looking forward for a re match!

Thinking that with age, weight and height on my side Scissorpin would be an relatively easy opponent against whom to notch a win as I ease myself back into wrestling. Rookie error. This powerhouse is strong and skilled and totally dominated the bout. But in a good, very safe and sane way. He was very conscious of my dodgy shoulder and didn't take advantage of this at all. I can strongly recommend this entertaining and interesting man. Definitely up for a rematch but know I will have to bring my A game to even get a look in. Thanks Pete - most enjoyable.

Had a great meet with leanmachine. He's a friendly genuine guy with a good build and great pair of legs, think I got my head caught between them a couple of times... Very caring, asking if I was okay throughout him dominating me (inbetween all the hot trash talk) and even let me practice some choke holds on him. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed my session with BJ. He was very straightforward with communications and updated me when running a little late. We practiced many different scissor and choke holds and respected each others boundaries. He certainly wont be the strongest fighter you will meet however what he lacks in strength he makes up in enthusiasm and stamina and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others.

May Day. May Day!! This bout has been on the cards for what seems like forever as Alan was one of the first guys to contact me on here way back when (4.5 years?). We met for a drink when we first mooted a meet but I went chicken on him (think it was the Scrap part of his name that put me off) but I could not put it off anymore and I’m glad I have finally met this wee Scots bastard. He is extremely strong for a short arse and had me subbing in no time. Even tried a bit of ‘light’ MMA but even then I was outclassed and outgunned. 100% recommendation from me. Meet Alan, you won’t be disappointed.

Round Two almost to the year (May 2019) and Alan is still as tuff as old boots and he got me subbing over and over again with the dreaded armbar and chops and slaps to the chest. I very nearly almost got a sub........almost. Still recommended by this very sore wrestler 👍

Really friendly, accommodating guy. We met at his place, were evenly matched and had fun. Would recommend.

Had a bout with him, he's quite a friendly dude and a good test of strength.
