The legendary Celticmuscle had already proven he’s a badass...at making coffee. I’d dropped in to visit him en route home from Barnet mat room once months back. This time however, I dropped in for a wrestle instead. And - shock of shock - he was just as much a badass today as he was before.

We agreed a lighter roll around given the lack of mats; plus I was feeling a bit whimpy following a punishing triceps session at the gym a day or so before.

Not that it would have made much difference. Celtic even at reduced flux barely broke a sweat as he punished me and had me almost entirely on the defence. Once he locks on (something he does unerringly and with a Terminator-like manner) it’s almost impossible to get him off.

Thankfully my defence is fairly tight - however not tight enough to prevent numerous submissions to him. For my part, I had the chance just once to wrangle a sub back but wasn’t able to - barely denting his formidable form. I tried my scissors a few times and much to our mutual mirth, Celtic just laughed them off. He is easily up there as one of two strongest wrestlers I’ve met. Yikes!

He’s a terrific guy, makes killer coffees and is more than a force to be reckoned with, even on a lighter roll around. Take him on - I dare you! Question is, do I have the courage / stupidity to take him on more competitively?!

I met Legendnwuk yesterday 11th May.
I would like to say that he arrived at my place at the agreed time and we quickly got chatting. He is very friendly and polite.
I enjoyed my match with legendnwuk, he got me into a few holds which
I couldn't get out but never hurt me, overall a good match.
I thoroughly enjoyed Legendnwuks company and looking forward to another visit in the near future.

I met Fraser at his place and had a really good wrestle. He is very keen and enthusiastic to say he as only recently taken up the sport
He is a very good host, friendly and interesting. I shall be wrestling him again in the near future.

I had the pleasure to give jan2016 his first gut punching experience and he did awesome. This tall and strong guy can take and give really good shots. With the time and more matches he will be unstoppable.
He is also a friendly and nice guy.

Wrestle4Fun was a great match! He's in great shape and he was very hospitable. Very strong! It's been many years, and i lost contact. Happy to see him on meetfighters and hope for a rematch!

Typh427 was fun to meet up with. We went for a out an hour and a half, and he was fighting hard the whole time. Never gave up.

I had the pleasure of wrestling Sam while he was traveling through the area. He definitely makes you work for every submission. If you get a chance to roll with him don’t pass it up. Great guy all around!

Let me add my voice to the many recommenders who laud his strength and wrestling acumen. Wrestleinsocks is also a great guy who communicates well before the match, and will wrestle at your desired level. He's one of the good guys, so wrestle him!
