24/05/2024 3:47Another good show. For me, the wrestlers that first made an impression were seen on the Mid-South wrestling show with their North American Champion, Cowboy Bill Watts. A big tough guy who spent time as a bad heel in New York but then went home to Oklahoma to be the fan favorite who fought the bad heels like Killer Karl Kox and Dick Murdoch. Murdoch didn't look as good as Watts but he worked harder to entertain the fans.
Ric Flair was never a favorite though I could appreciate his style and his promos. Flair, like Hogan was inspired by another well-built blonde, Superstar Billy Graham. But more entertaining than those three was Austin Idol who looked like a shorter version of Superstar. Idol didn't talk quite as well as his exact contemporary Flair, but he looked better and moved just as well.

24/05/2024 11:04I forgot to say that my inspiration wiv the Wrestling, was initially, my Dad.
As for the Wrestlers, I would have to say Mick mcMichael. You could see he enjoyed himself in the Ring, and he was great to watch

25/05/2024 10:50Hello, thanks for the mention. Enjoyed episode two. What I will say is that you really need to put way more respect on Charlotte Flair's name. She has revolutionised wrestling during her run. Other than that great episode and I will be listening to number 3.
